Please Allow a minimum of 25 business days (M-F) to receive a proof/photo of your item before shipping. Please note, we need your approval prior to packaging to ensure your custom piece is PURRFECT.

Will the paint rub/peel off?

No! We use the highest quality industry leather paint that is chip, crack and peel proof. As an added layer of protection, every design is sealed with a clear sealant to allow for regular use.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes, we offer free lifetime touchups. Although this service is rare due to the quality of the designs, we are happy to touch up your items if needed down the road.

Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Furrbabe for your hand-painted pet portrait wallet needs. We are committed to providing you with exceptional and personalized products, tailored to your specific preferences. Due to the custom and labor-intensive nature of our hand-painted pet portrait wallets, we have established the following cancellation policy to address potential issues and minimize risks associated with cancellations and chargebacks.

Cancellation Window:

You may cancel your order within 48 hours of the purchase date. The purchase date is considered the date and time at which you completed your order and made the payment.

Cancellation Process:

To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team at furrbabe@yahoo.com. Do not submit a contact form to cancel your order. Ensure that you provide your order number and relevant information for identification purposes.

No Refunds After the 48-Hour Window:

If you choose to cancel your order after the 48-hour cancellation window has expired, you will not be eligible for a refund. This policy is in place because, after this period, we will have already initiated the process of creating your hand-painted pet portrait wallet, and significant time and resources will have been invested in your order.
