Hey there! I'm Kelly, the creator of Furrbabe. Let me share a bit about myself and how Furrbabe came to be.
About a decade ago, I dipped my toes into the wedding industry, and decided to create something I hadn't seen before: handpainted bridal jackets. You might've seen some of my earlier work over at @bashcalligraphy. Those were the days! But then life took a wonderful turn—I became a mom to two beautiful blonde kiddos. Wanting to be there for every precious moment, I decided to take a step back from weddings and focus on being a stay-at-home mom.
During my time in the wedding world, I found joy in adding pet portraits to bridal jackets, ensuring that everyone's furry friends could be a part of the celebration. I had the opportunity to collaborate with some amazing brands and celebrities along the way. However, these days, I'm all about enjoying a simpler, slower pace of life by the beach.
At Furrbabe, I'm the lead artist, with a little extra help during busy seasons. So chances are, it's me who will be crafting your one-of-a-kind pieces. We're currently living our best life by the sea, soaking up the sunshine and salty air on the Emerald Coast.
